What we have here is my WS7 1979 Trans am. From what I found about the WS7 is that it has the same handling package as the WS6 with the only difference being the drum brake rear end. When making the car they ran out of the disk brake rear ends used on the WS6 and went to the drum brake rear end and called it the WS7. This car is showing 43K miles with A/C, P/W, tilt, cruise, auto, rear window defroster and the original am fm radio which needs to be installed. The paint is around 1 year old, the exhaust is new duel flowmaster with chrome turn down tips. The tires are new BFGoodrich radial TA's. The engine is the 403 / .30 over and was rebuilt in 2000 for street or strip along with the 350 automatic turbo transmission and new 411 gears in the rear end but never driven until this past Easter weekend. I have all the receipts for the parts and work done to the engine and trans which total several thousand dollars. This car has been sitting inside being worked on for around 17 years and not been on the road until now. All lights and gages work as they should and all the glass is perfect. This car is fantastic for its' age. The interior is in great shape with no cracks on the dash and a little wear on the front seats and carpet which could be replaced by the next owner. This is the car you want!!!! The only rust I found on this car was on the tail pan the rest is rust free. She runs and drives great!!
