1969 Honda ST70 DAX, Type II General Export-This collector's dream has been quietly stored away in a climate controlled photographer's studio as a prop since coming to the United States after his tour of duty in Japan ended. From the showroom to the original owner and now to you via his estate. It was originally purchased for his use as a means of transportation while stationed in Japan. It was transported to Charleston, SC, USA shortly thereafter and has been in a suspended state at the original 132.5 kilometers since. This Candy Sapphire Blue ST70 DAX is one of the first off the assembly line with a fully removeable front fork. All equipment is completely original and in mint condition. The only evidence this DAX is more than 40 years old is a little surface rust on the rims, and missing plastic covers for the tail lights. According to the owners manual the first oil change is still 167.5 kilometers away. This gem belongs with an enthusiast who truly appreciates the vintage minis.
