I am selling my 1994 BMW Convertible. It has been in my family for the past ten years and I purchased off of my uncle two years ago. The car has never seen snow and has been garage kept and very well maintained as you can see by the condition of the ORIGINAL paint. There is absolutely no rust on the vehicle and it drives like a dream. Everything is in working order on the vehicle. I have babied this car since I got it and so has my uncle and its previous owners. The age is visible in the interior only. As with many convertibles the leather takes a particular beating. There is no gauges or tears but the drivers seat stitching has started to undo and there are many cracks and the interior lining of the convertible has come undone in the passenger rear corner. The car is 16 years old. But the shifter and boot are new and the dash is in immaculate shape. It has a 6 disc CD changer in the trunk along with a 10" Infinity subwoofer plug in system that is connected to the original sound system and sounds magnificent. Since owning the car I put some serious money into it. Including: -New Clutch -New Rack and Pinion -New Complete Sport suspension system by Bilstein and Bavarian Autosport (Springs, Shocks and Struts) -New Bavarian Autosport front stress bar -New Brakes and Rotors all around (June 2010) -New Meyle all metal ball joints and control arms and control arm bushings -New inner and outer tire rods and sway bar links -Bavarian Autosport Performance ECU chip -New spark plugs and wires -New battery -New Halo Headlights and European foglights. All the work was professionally installed by European auto mechanics locally over the past two years. The car drives excellent and has full power that you can feel with the added bimmer Inline 6 growl. It was never beaten and adult driven only. I am only selling because we have one too many cars in the driveway and my toys are the first to go. This car will easily go for another 150,000 if it continues to get synthetic oil and a service here and there. I am a meticulous person and I just don't have the time right now to put into the reupholstering. But the exterior of the car shows how a car is to be cared for. There is no reserve. Transport of the car is the buyers responsibility. The car is in my driveway and ready to drive across the country if necessary.
