For sale is a Black 1997 Honda Civic EX Coupe. The vehicle currently has 164,200 miles. It has a 1.6 liter SOHC engine and automatic transmission. This civic came equipped with power windows, power locks, power mirrors, cruise control and air conditioning. The vehicle also came with keyless entry, but I do not have any of the keyless entry remotes. I have installed an aftermarket JVC AM/FM/CD player with an auxiliary output right on the front faceplate so you can play your ipod easily. PA State Inspected until 3/11. Tires and brakes are in good condition. Engine/Drivetrain The engine runs great. The transmission when cold shifts a little rough in to 2nd and 3rd gear, but once warmed up, it's very smooth. Vehicle runs great at highway speeds and is very smooth (no vibrations, noises). Interior/Electronics The interior is in good condition. All trim pieces are very clean and in good shape. The cup holder lid stays up at all times. It does not stay latched closed. The AC blows ice cold. Heater works great also. Rear window defroster DOES NOT work. The rear window had tint on it previously. When I removed the rear window tint, I must have damaged the grid. Driver's side power window works great and has a brand new regulator. Passenger side window works as well, but goes up and down a bit slow. All other electronics such as sunroof, speakers, cruise control, lights and horn work just fine. Exterior The exterior of this car shows a lot of wear. I have done the best I can to picture everything. There are a lot of small dings, rock chips and scratches on this car. The windshield has a crack in the top right side corner. The crack is about 6 inches long and has been that length for over a year without getting any longer. This is a very reliable vehicle that would make a great beater car for the winter or a great first car for a new driver. I was planning on keeping it but have acquired another vehicle and no longer have use for this car.
