The only flaw is it was probably dropped at low speed and has some cosmetic blemishes on the left side. Not that visible in person. I took pictures of all the affected areas. I don't know exactly what happened because it was already there when I purchased it. I bought it for my wife she doesn't ride it and I need the room in the garage, so its got to go.
