Bidders
Bidders with a zero or negative feedback rating MUST e-mail us with their name, address and a verifiable phone number PRIOR to bidding or risk having their bid removed. We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale OR SOLD ON OUR LOT.
Deposit
Winning bidder must send $1000 non refundible deposit with in 24 hours of close of auction, in the form of either direct wire transfer, or check/money order drawn on a United States bank within 24 Hours of the end of the auction plus applicable fees and taxes.The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

Title
To Process title will take a Minimum of 72 Hours after Final Payment.
We purchase vehicles with titles held by lending institutions
(IE: BMW FINANCIAL) Georgia law provides up to thirty days for these institutions to release titles to us.We hold titles to a select few our vehicles.
Out of State buyers that wish to leave with title in hand, We will need three business to process title after the vehicle is paid in full, no exceptions.
We are very flexible we have made different arrangements with many of our customers their banks and payments, we only asks that you discuss option with us prior to bidding
Customer Pickup
If you desire to fly in to Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and drive your vehicle back, we will provide airport transport to our location, for a fee. We will also help with any hotel arrangements that you may need to make.We are located in Newnan Ga the Marriot Spring Hill Suites and The Jamason Inn are located within minutes from us.
We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.
