Up for sale is my 1995 Pontiac Firebird Formula convertible. There is a lot of good about this car but there is also one not so good thing about it. The transmission pulls but slips. All the gears change but it slips between changes. Everything else about this vehicle is very nice. I started fixing this car up the way I would as I would if I was keeping it for myself. But now im done spending and my loss will be someone elses gain. The car is powered by a 5.7L LT1 that is in very good condition and powerful for a fifteen year old vehicle. All of the options on the interior work properly, windows, locks, a.c., power top, wipers, headlights, radio, etc.. I have replaced the driver side window motor that always seem to go out in these cars. The dash has no cracks. The front seats have been recovered but the back seats are original. But I did have them recovered back to look like they did from the factory and am very pleased the way they came out. I replaced the original delco stereo with a Pioneer cd player. The body of the car is very straight and not dinged up. I believe all of the paint is original and it still looks new. I also replaced the convertible top because the seems was coming loose around the back window. So intsead of patching it up with a new window it now has a brand new top. The only flaw on the exterior is a small spot on the hood were it looks like someone may have left something under the hood and closed it on it. Its is a very small spot but it did push the paint up. But you can judge for yourself in the picture. The tires on the car are 245/50/16 and have less then one hundred miles on them. Overall this is a extremely nice car other then the transmission issue. The car drives very good. It is not a rattle trap like most of these cars. The steering is tight and there is no shakes or shimmys.
