1987 Nissan Sentra GXE 5 Speed You are looking at a 1987 Nissan Sentra 4 door 5 speed, in very nice shape for its years. there is a small dent on the right passenger fender just above the wheel well, there is some paint missing off of the front and rear bumpers, other than these minor physical defects on the car, the rest of the body is in immaculate condition, no rust or scrapes or dings or chipping paint. I have just done some work to the mechanical component, general maintenance things just to spruce it up for whom ever purchases it, such as: fuel filter,air filter, ignition cap and rotor, spark plugs, spark plug wires, ignition coil, alternator, oil change, coolant change, new tires, and windshield wipers. The car starts and drives fine, but it seems to need a head gasket or something because there is white smoke coming from the tailpipe, and also the dash cluster lights don't seem to work until the car reaches operating temperature (when the thermostat opens), i'm thinking it may be a loose ground or something, but i am getting rid of the car because i purchased it to use as a beater but i now need a truck for my job, so i have to sell this and my current vehicle to afford it. The car hasn't been put on the road or driven on the road legally by me so it is not inspected, but be advised that these issues should be fixed before being put on the road. All of the brake lines are still from the factory and not rusted at all, the car was garage kept from the previous owner, all the original hub caps are there and the interior is very very clean, no tears in the seats or carpets. the windows and locks are not power, there is a tape deck and am/fm radio, very basic. there is only 104000 miles on the engine so its the perfect beginner car that will last forever. there is a deposit of 200 dollars due at auction close, and full payment must be made within 7 days of end.
