FOR SALE: 2002 Saturn Sl2 $2650.00 I have purchased a new vehicle to replace this one. This car has approx 130,000 miles on it i have owned the car since it had about 55,000 miles. Below I will explain all the positives and negatives to this car. This car is in good running condition and would be a great starter car. I have priced the car appropriately due to some of the things described below according to kelley blue book values private party. POSITIVES: All the maintenance has been performed by me on a regular basis. Oil changed every time the change oil light came on in the car. Spark plugs changed approx. every 30,000 miles. New radiator about 6 months ago. Transmission fluid/filter changed 125,000 miles JVC after factory stereo MP3, WMA, CD, Aux, Ipod 2 12" Audiobahn Subwoofers and Amp (All wired and perfectly functional i am not moving them into my new vehicle). 32 to 38 MPG depending on how you drive the car. Interior is in good shape Windows are all tinted 30% (darkest legal in Indiana) The moon roof is Limo Tint. After Factory rims (a little corrosion from salt but nothing major to make them look bad) Good Looking Car NEGATIVES: Some minor cracks in the front bumper from the previous owner but not a major eye sore. Uses about half quart oil every 500-600 miles (This is my second saturn 1996 same model and engine and my first on did the same thing from 60,000 to 160,000 miles) Tires are getting low on tread will need to be replaced within the next 4000-8000 miles Check engine light comes on and off i have had it checked and it is the O2 sensor that is setting it off The muffler does rattle a little and when the car is turned on or off it is a little louder. This is from a rubber mount that is a little loose that make a metal plate next to it move. Nothing that is making the car in need of repair, undrivable, or unsafe. Exhaust is not loud. A/C does not work it went out over the winter I have never had it checked it may just need recharged. Moon roof does not open it has not since i purchased the car (no leaks) At the end of the auction a $250.00 deposit will be due within 24hrs of the end of the auction via PayPal. The rest of the payment will be due within 7 days of the end of the auction (will accept cash and money orders please do not use PayPal for total amount because they add a charge). The car is still bank owned so title will be delivered after payment is cleared and title is received from the bank. I will drive to meet for delivery of the vehicle within a reasonable distance.
