This is a 1986 Fiero GT, we purshased it in 1998, we drove it for two years when the oil pump failed and the engine seized onthe highway back in 2000. The plan was to rebuild the engine as when I pulled it out, the only damage was to the crank, not the block. Due to unforssen events we kept postponing the rebuilt. It is hard to come but parts for these cars now days, I would hate to take it part, that is why I am selling it whole. My plan was to get a hold of a Fiero for cheap with front end damage to salvage the engine and what ever else I could get out of it, if I would have the money I would keep it and go on with my plans,but unfortunately that is not the case. This is the first year of the "fastback" body, technically it's an 86 1/2 as the first GTs of the year still had the notchback and it was later changed to the new body. The car is missing the engine and iths related parts only, all other components are available. It is good for a restoration or to use as parts. Headlight motors were rebuilt with metal gears just 3 months before it stopped running. Paint is faded (Fl sun) Front bumper (not seen) has a crack it needs to be replaced if restoring car. Seats are cloth and fabric has been eaten away by the sun, seats integrity not compromised. Carpet in good shape al it needs is a cleaning. Console is NO good is already warped Both doors paneling and armrests are in very good condition. Glass is intact, No cracks. I will NOT ship vehicle. Shipping arrangemts to be made by buyer. I will assist in what I can. Vehicle is NOT drivable it will need to be towed in a flatbed as the engine cradle has been removed and it's aside with the tranny on it.
