This is a rare to find 1975 Volkswagon Westfalia Campmobile. This van has mostly all original parts. The parts that were replaced, were replaced with original volkswagon parts. I am the second owner of this van that I purchased in Gualala California. She has been very well taken care of with regular maintanence and garaged. You will find only surface rust in some places that is minimal for a 35 year old van. The original undercoating is just now starting to peel, which means very little exposed metal on the undercarriage. Van is equiped with the more powerful 1795cc 1.8L engine. Only 2226 miles on new engine. This van looks and runs great. New or Restored Parts: Complete Top End Rebuild - Tore down motor to block and resealed everything. New pistons, cylinders,rings, and wrist pins. Rebuilt heads, new exhaust valves and guides. New dipstick boot. New motor mounts. Repace vacuum advance and distributer. New intake booster vacuum reset clamps. Gasket set and seals. Other New Engine Parts - All new spark plugs and wires. Cold start valve and gas line and clamps. Main wiring harness and injection harness. Oil sensor, points, condensor and cap. Fresh air fan, Fan Shield and vacuum hose. Fuel pump and fuel pump relay. CV boots. Also new exahust muffler and all gaskets. Brakes are all good, including emergency brake. Tires with Very Little Treadware, including full size spare with original wheel. Beautiful new two-tone blue and white exterior paint (small area of paint peel near front blinker lense as seen in picture) New rubber seal around pop-up camper top All Original Parts: All original interior with the exception of the "made to match" ocean blue curtains with silver shooting stars. Canvas pop-up tent in great condition Original manuels for motor and campmobile Original snap-in screen for back hatch Original chrome hubcaps (moons)
