I personally drove this SL-Class and it performed great. The transmission shifts very smoothly. The brakes are in great condition and the engine performs as you would expect a 56k miles Mercedes to perform. The paint is in excellent condition with no major dings, dents or scratches. The interior is also in great condition with no visible flaws in the carpeting or leather upholstery. The only flaw I found was some wear on the steering (see pictures). This is common in an SL of this age. The convertible top mechanism is in perfect working condition as is the condition of the soft top itself. The Bose sound system sounds amazing and the A/C blows very cold air. It was always garage kept and NEVER smoked in. This Mercedes-Benz is a Clean Carfax, 1 Owner Florida vehicle.
