Automatic This 2003 Murano SL is in very good condition inside and out, and the 3.5 liter V6 runs great. This AWD model comes with a full slate of comfort and convenience features, and this one adds a power moonroof, dual power and heated leather seats, a BOSE audio system with CD changer and Vehicle Dynamic Control. It has almost $7000 in factory options. It has had just one previous owner and has spent almost its whole life in Florida (it was up north for less than a year when new). This exterior is in very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines all around. Its a pearl white color called "Glacier Pearl" The Autocheck report is clean, showing no accident or flood history. Exterior features include 18" alloy wheels, roof rails and fog lamps. The seats are leather, and they are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in good shape. Both front seats are heated and have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory. There are also power adjust pedals so anyone can find a comfortable driving position. The rear seats are also very nice. Rear passengers have their own A/C vents. The cargo area is clean, large and versatile. Handles near the liftgate opening make it easy to fold down the rear seats from behind the vehicle. This Murano has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; BOSE AM/FM/Cassette/CD Changer stereo ; Tilt wheel; Cruise control; Trip computer; Cold auto dual-zone air conditioning, and much more. The large color screen shows Navigation maps (2D and 3D) and points of interest, as well as audio and A/C status, a trip computer, vehicle settings and more. This Nissan has the optional glass moonroof. The auto-dimming rearview mirror has a compass display. There is also a HomeLink universal gate / garage opener. There is an aftermarket DVD player under the front seat with a monitor overhead. The monitor has built in speakers. Sorry, but we don't have headphones or a wire less remote. You may be able to find them on eBay or directly from Eiger Vision (click here). The 3.5 liter V6 motor runs very well. Its rated at 245 hp and 246 lb-ft of torque. Current mileage on the car is 76,209. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. This car may driven, so mileage may be a little higher by the time the auction is over. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
