First and foremost is a transmission issue. When the vehicle is first started it doesn't go into reverse. The fluid drains out in the converter and it takes a few minutes to warm up before the reverse is operable. Once warmed up, she runs fine. Tires are fair to poor. You will need new tires for the snow. Missing step bar on one side. Driver side reverse light is out.
