Up for a NO RESERVE auction is this ULTRA RARE 1970 dodge challenger, 383 R/T SE auto slapstik car, in the very desirable plum crazy purple!! fender tag loaded and intact. Factoey options include factory hood pins, luggage rack, dual scooped rallye hood, black stripes on hood and longitude side stripes in black, rocker moldings, disc brakes, a/c, dual exhaust rear valance with tips, N85 tach, SE package, etc. car is complete minus motor. it does need minor resto, this is a VERY solid project car. the floors look great, frame is excellent, and even the trunk floor looks nice(note the pic of the trunk shows it really dirty, i did not have a chance to clean it up.. you will be IMPRESSED with the condition of the truck, don't let the pic deceive you... it's solid.. this car was in a barn for a little over 20 years in GA. it had fender flares put on it back in the 70's when it was repainted yellow. the passenger side does have a little rust where they sanded the paint off to put the flare on. under the vinyl top is still nice, not crunchy or anything. There is one tiny eraser sized hole on the side of the windshield where the b pillar seam meets the roof seam, very small. one dent in driver's door. cowl is good, firewall is good, inner fenders are good even the battery tray itself isn't rusty at all. the rear bumper, dual exhaust rear valance, rallye cluster with tach, etc are all inside the car. as you can see the interior is actually pretty good. It has nice buckets in great shape, with only a couple minor spots in the driver's seat. the back seat looks great, console is very nice as well. door panels are in good shape, and are the rare SE ones. The car has it's factory rallye cluster with 8k tach, all gauges and wiring look great. comes with radio, all pads and a/c controls etc. The dash pad itself does have a couple cracks, but is not all destroyed like most. the hood had a scoop cut out of it and is now junk. also there is now a 71 grill in place of the original 70 one. it's in good shape, i don't know if previous owner just preferred the look of the 71 or what. it has not been wrecked. again this is a clean straight 97% rust free 70 R/T SE challenger, these do not grow on trees. i do not have the original motor for this car, but it does have a 727 transmission under it. 8 3/4 is still under it, no idea what gears it has. this car is worth very good money finished, i have too many cars going on right now to do this one. The car is from GA, i do have a bill of sale, registration, state police inspection, etc. basically all paperwork to get a clear title in your state is included with this car. As a side note, i like 68-70 B bodies, and wouldn't be opposed to owning another. ;) please email with any questions this car will be sold NO RESERVE so bid to win!!
