The car has the industries best power versus fuel ratio on the market! I get 31-32mpg with the cruise set @ 71mph down the highway. I also managed to get 37mpg with the cruise set at 60mph on rural roads. Don't be fooled this is no ford focus it has a screaming 300HP V8 engine with sport mode! I love this car to death and I believe this year Jaguar stepped up it's game and especially structured an all-aluminum body that gets the best gas and the best performance as well as the ride. If you do some reaserch on edmunds and various reporting agencys they rate this car exceptionally well. I have had no issues with the car off the top of my head. It's 2-owner clean & clear carfax zero liens. It was purchased of the orginal owner an elderly lady in 08' with 33k miles down south. This car has been serviced recently including new hoses, new rotors, new pads, new rubber with in the last year at Jaugar. The car currently has 67xxx miles and has many more to go! The car was involved in an HAIL STORM a few months ago in NE Wisconsin and suffered small dents on the hood, roof, trunklid and a few on the tops of the door. I got an estimate from a "PDR" Paintless Dent Repair Specialist for $2,000. I believe the quotes will vary, but I did attach photos to show the dents/dings throughout the car. This was only cosmetic and did not affect any other part or driveablity of the vehicle once so ever! The car goes straight down the road at 75mph and brakes very well! I also own a black 04' XJ8 but I just love this color combination on this car and I get compliments all the time! The car is valued between 15-17 grand easily and it's a given this car was nearly 70grand when new! Again this car has suffered hail damage so be prepared to fix it or drive it as-is.
