OK, up for sale is a 1970 chevy monte carlo, 2 dr coupe, original barn find. last registered in 2001. current owner has asked me to list, no problem. this car starts and runs fine. pump the pedal and twist the key >> youn are all set to drive. all original exhaust, wheels, dash, motor, etc, please see all photos >> car actually has cold a/c and runs great. this car does need some love .... tires are older and need some attention, needs tune up and service, paint is faded and maybe a once repaint, interior is above average but not perfect. please see all photos. the muffler is shot and there is exhaust smell from under the car. trunk lid is fine but lock cylinder is twisted. there is a 5" tear in the headliner, other wise great. p/w all function but 2 are slow because of age. there are some bumps and scuffs, but great clean and straight panels. please see all photos !~! miles are assumed accurate. please feel free to call or email. easy to see off i-95, fairfiled, CT. thn !!! On Sep-30-10 at 07:04:12 PDT, seller added the following information: thank for all the emails !! keep the questions coming, no problem. the car has no leaks, it is parked indoors on tiled floor for months, no spots. the exhaust smell is actually what would come from the tailpipe, but there is a big hole in the muffler and half the exhaust was coming out from there. normal i guess, just needs an exhaust system. hey, it might original ! tires are OK, but you can see they are soft and have lost some air over time. the seat cover is not original and i am not sure, but the owner says it was once black fabric.
