1963 Ford Falcon Futura 2 Door Sedan, 170 Special 6 Cylinder - 2 Speed Ford-O-Matic 133,000 Original Miles Color: Heritage Burgandy / Interior: Ivy Gold Car passed NYS Inspection in June 2010 and is road ready. We are the third family to own the vehicle. Original Owner’s Manual with warranty cards from the dealership are still in the glove box. Improvements in 2008: Front and Rear Bumpers were re-chromed New Front Seat Foam, Springs and Vinyl in correct color (Ivy Gold) from Dearborn Classics New Fuel Tank installed Improvements in 2009: New Brakes (all 4 corners), wheel cylinders, shoes and springs New Battery Also included full spare, jack and rare extra wheel cover (these are very hard to find and there are no aftermarket ones available). Carpet, Headliner, Door Panels and Wind Lace are all original. These items are starting to show their age and at some point will need replacing. Engine and all under-hood sheet metal have been touched up with correct color paint. It is presentable in its current state, however, finer paint an detail work is all it needs to be ‘complete’. Original Radio is intact and in place, however, it is non-functioning. All Gauges Read and Switches work. Car runs well, shifts good, stops as good as drum brakes are able. Car has always been garaged and is driven to car shows weekly. Only rust that is on the car is one spot on the undercarriage where the seat bolts down to the frame.
