Up for sale is my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic XJ 4X4. It has the bullet proof 4.0 liter inline 6 cylinder engine with automatic transmission. These jeeps are known to run forever, 300,000 miles plus. This one has 137,979 miles on it currently. This is a great running jeep that has many upgrades done to it. Every option available except leather. Cruise, tilt, power windows, power door locks, power drivers seat, keyless entry, fog lamps, rear window wiper, rear window defrost and overhead console with trip computer. You can drive this Jeep anywhere. Within the last 6 months I have done lots of upgrades and maintenance. I have receipts for most of the upgrades. Here is a list of what I can remember. 2.5 inch Old Man EMU suspension lift with all new leaf springs, 4 shocks and transfer case drop. Old Man lifts are known to be the best riding lifts. The jeep has a very comfortable ride. 1.5 inch Terraflex drop shackle lift for a total of 4 inches of lift New front rotors and brakes New A/C compressor clutch New exhaust with new muffler and high flow cat. Not too loud, just a nice low V8 sounding rumble New window tint over all the windows except the windshield Rusty's offroad adjustable trac bar Daystar poly control arm bushings New sway bar bushings Old Man EMU steering stabilizer New steering box New valve cover gasket New lift gate shocks Big Offroad headlight wiring upgrade with relays Sylvania Silverstar headlights. Very bright Fresh 4 wheel alignment JCR rear bumper with swing out tire carrier 5 brand new Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac 245/75/16 tires. Less than 300 miles on them Extra factory 16 inch alloy wheel for spare Pioneer CD/MP3 player with IPOD controls. I have the stock CD/Tape player that I can install if you like Polk DB 5.25 components in the front doors and tweeter custom sunk into the dash Boston Acoustics 5.25 rear speakers Custom subwoofer box with 8 inch Elemental Designs subwoofer in the rear cargo area. Doesn't take up any of the storage space I'm sure that there is more that I am forgetting. The Jeep really is a nice vehicle. It is 10 years old and it does have some small dents, dings and scratches from 10 years of driving. I believe that I am the 3rd owner and I have never had the jeep offroad and it was completely stock when I purchased it. The check engine light is on. It is the cylinder #3 misfire code that these jeeps are famous for. I can clear it, but it will just come back on eventually. It doesn't affect driving at all. I have had 2 of these jeeps and my other one always had the same check engine code also. The A/C will need to be recharged. It was cold all summer, but has started to blow a little warmer recently.
