This beautiful 1970 Chevelle SS is commonly referred to as "America's True Muscle Car". With it's powerful 454/450 hp LS6 engine and M-22 "Rockcrusher" 4 speed tranny, this vehicle is a must have for the muscle car enthusiast. This vehicle underwent a full rotisserie restoration in October, 2008 and the engine was rebuilt in December, 2009. This car has mostly matching #'s with build sheet. Block, heads, tranny are all original. This is not a "100" point car but, one of the nicest, fastest drivers you'll find anywhere. This vehicle turns heads wherever it goes. We replaced the original heads (we still have originals) with Edelbrock high performance aluminum heads. Talk about strong! Vintage Air Gen IV was added a month ago for comfortable cruising and it works like a charm. This is truly an outstanding, driveable muscle car!
