This is a very nice Jeep that i have spent alot of time working on. It is not quite finished as far as inside materials, such as the little plates that goes on the heater controls,windshield wipers and motor( i think i have got them in my shop), trim around the steering column, cd player and winch. There is no rust or oil under the jeep and has a new paint job and much more. It has 456 gears in it and is locked in the front and rear. I think i spent 12000.00 on checker plate accessories on this machine. It has buschwacker fender flares, new back seat, new instruments, new heater cables, optima gel battery, procomp hi-firing ignition control, headers, new tires( 35/1250),corner checker covers, bottom checker covers, fuel tank checker cover,windshield light brackets, all stainless hardware, stainless front grill,warn reverse lights,KC windsheild lights( in my shop),edlebrock stailess valve covers,new water pump,power steering pump and much more. Owe by the way this is a factory ( rebuilt ofcourse) 304 V8 engine with dana 30 front end and a amc rear end. I just put a new 4 barrel edelbrock carb also. I dont think you will find a better, sound jeep than this one, if you are in the market to by a 1979 CJ7 4x4 jeep. Everything runs and drives like it came off of the showroom floor in 1979(probably better). There is nothing mechanicaly wrong with this jeep at all . I probably have invested 25,000.00 in this jeep, but i need to sell it for finanacial reasons. If you have any questions call Bo Swanner @ 2513313882
