We have here a 1974 Ford Ranchero 500 up for dibs. The exterior color is red with the interior color being black. The exterior is in good condition: it has a few dings here and there, and as pictured in the photo, there is a small dent on the lower part of the drivers side door where it must have been bumped. The interior is also in great condition for its age. The headliner has seen better days, it's not horrible but could be redone. There is not much more to point out in the interior as it is in great condition. Also, the air conditioner blows ice cold air! The motor, we believe, is a 351c motor. The only thing that was changed is that an Edelbrock Carburetor was installed. This car runs very well down the road and is fun to drive with a lot of looks from people. I almost forgot to mention that the car does have a black tonneau cover. This car was originally purchased by a moving company and the car was used for a pilot car for oversized loads. When the guy who worked and piloted this vehicle retired, the company gave him the car with his retirement. This is the guy that we purchased the car from and now we no longer need it. The seller told us that this car was in a fender bender and the insurance adjuster wanted to total the car because of its age, so he bought back the car and replaced the few parts on the car that were damaged. Buyer will need to arrange for pick-up of this car. This car is located in San Jose, CA The payment will need to be made via cashiers check (certified from US Bank) or money order. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit will be due within three days of the auction ending. Possible paypal payment could be made but please message me before to let me know.
