Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1968 Oldsmobile 442. I started to restore this car for my father but ran short of funds so it has been sitting in my garage for the last year. I am currently in the process of trying to relocate and will not have room for this car with me, so my loss is your gain. This car is a very solid car, almost every part for the car is in my possession. As I said I have started restoring this car and some of the car is currently dismantled. I have new trunk pans, trunk extensions and rear quarters still in the box for this car that I purchased from Year one for $1400, I have media blasted and powder coated the radiator support for the car and have it in bubble wrap along with the dust shield and several sets of rims that were made for this car. When I bought the car it came with a 350 engine that someone had stuck in there so I removed that and sent it to the junk yard but do have access to a 455 engine, year matching numbers, that I had planned on putting in this car. This car was made with factory air as an option. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have and I will try to answer to my best ability. If interested in the 455 engine I believe the guy wants $500 or $600 for it. It was rebuilt several years ago but has been sitting in his garage since that time and has never run. Thank you for looking. Attached pictures are from the date I purchased the car. OK this is my last try at selling this car. As a bonus offer I will include with this sale a 50" Samsung Plasma TV. I will only allow this if the reserve is met. I am setting my reserve at my loan value. Please feel free to ask me any questions and yes the TV works I have it and use it at night when I am headed to bed. So with this sale you are getting a 1968 Oldsmobile 442, new parts that I paid $1,400 from to Year One they best distributer of old car parts, and a 50" Plasma TV. Believe me the parts and the TV cost me more than the reserve did.
