for sale 1978 montecarlo one of a kind this car was built by Andy Granatelli of stp and indy 500 fame.it has a v8 automatic turbo charged with a new t 4 turbo .ALL the work done to modify this car from standard gm trim to it's current specs, was donein granatelli's shop. The engine was BLUEPRINTED and 40% of engine part's were hand-made. It has over 400 horsepower .TURBO BOOST IS ADJUSTABLE BY THE DRIVER. This car was a test car for the bonneville salt flats, BODY panels were removed ,stripped and refinished with 11 shades of base coat paint and clear .over 240 man-hours went into the preparation ,modification of the body .SPECIAL PAINT two tone copper and bronze.Car run's great drive like new has some paint chips nothing bad .
