the car is an yellowish white and was repainted at one time ( before me) but the same color. this monte carlo has under gone some changes. it has boxed rear trailing arms heavy duty springs front and back ( heavy enough for a big block probably) heavy duty sway bars, launches straight. it has a rebuilt 700r4 tranny and torgue conveter and rebuilt 10 bolt possie rear and a 307 motor (was rebuilt at one time but smokes, i don't think they put the rings in right or some things ) with headers and like new duals it has a like new 3 core radiator rebuilt starter a newer fly wheel the afb carb was rebuilt ( but needs tuned) has edlerbrock air cleaner m/t value covers. it was an ac car and i have the stuff i took off it ( pump and such) to lightened it. it has a 3 inch crowl induct hood scoop ( bolt on type). and a 70 442 rear spoiler. the interior is brown and has bucket seats and floor shift with floor shift column. it had at one time a lokar shifter and hurst shifter boot but that was remover and the hole plated but could easily be reinstalled if you bought one for in it or decided to put a 4 speed in or something. The carpeting would need replaced because of the hole for the shifter. the console might cover it if it was in the car i don't know for sure. the dash has the up graded 115 mph speedo out of an ss and custom after market in dash tach . it has a pioneer cd player in it . the car is solid and came up from down south, ( it started in texas and was sold in sc and then maryland and then here in pa where i bought the car. the car hasn't seen a winter since i bought ) . there are a few rust spots on the car the corners of the doors are the worst. but are still nothing that a sand blasting and a good body man couldn't fix the wheels and tires aren't great the tires are starting to rot from sitting but sadly have good tread. i have extra stuff for the car that goes with it such as 2 rear ends windsheild back window side body windows i have the ac stuff and the stuff to put just heat in it, i have a blue ss interior (everything but the head liner) some of the smog stuff . ss trunk lid, and i'm sure there is stuff i for got. if i was going to keep the car i had planned on putting a fuel injected big block in the car but i've decided to do some thing else ( i'm bored with the car i've had it for 7 yrs) you can ask me any questions you might have and i'll get back to you via email. this car will need hauled do to the carb needing turned and the uncertainty of the motor and tires. ( might go for a long time might not may it 50 miles i have no way to know) the car is inspected in pa and has a good pa title. this car would make a good ss clone or drag car. if you have a trade offer that is solid, complete (with out with out engine and trans) and is 72 or back email me and send pics if possible.i like to find a chevelle (70-72 i have some part for them) roller and other years but must have all the part except motor and trans, nova ( up to 74) buicks olds pontiac (40's 50's mopars or fords even), rat rod, hot rod old, chevy truck, please no camaros or vettes or anything else high to insure.
