Up for sale is a Honda cb500 from 1972. I did a lot of work on it this summer, but as you might know there is always more work to do. It has been rewired with some new electrical components added, the carburetors have been cleaned, rebuilt with kits and re-jetted. Forks were cleaned and oil replaced, brake bleed and fluid replaced, back break calibrated. It has new throttle cables, new oil pan and o ring, new uni pod individual air boxes, a new battery and key ignition. Kick start works great along with electric, it is a reliable everyday rider. Tires are relatively new, it has some various new gaskets and seals throughout the engine, timing has been adjusted and valves set. It is currently in a slightly costume state, but it will come with the stock seat, battery box, sissy bar and faring. I am sad to see it go after such a fun restoration, but I am unexpectedly moving back home and cannot take it with me.
