You’re bidding on my 1999 BMW 328i. I’ve had this car for the last 100,000 miles so I’ll try and describe it as best as possible because I would want someone to do the same if I was buying someone’s car on EBay. I’m selling my BMW because I have a boat that was given to me and I’m buying a new truck to pull it with. Listed below are the specs on the car and the extras that it comes with. The transmission was just replaced and it comes with 6 month warrant effective from 7/12/2010. Please note that this is for the transmission only; I have the receipts for the transmission and I’m not liable for any charges and/or mechanical failure after the money has given to me. The inspection sticker and registration are current and expire in 5/2011 in Texas. The transmission and rims for this car are almost worth the starting bid! * This is a used car, so there is no warranty with the car and after the money transaction is complete; no refunds will be given so please plan accordingly. I have most of the receipts for the services that I’ve performed on this vehicle, so you can rest assured that the car was taken good care off. The rear bumper has quarter sized nick on it; this was there before I owned the vehicle. There is also a slight pry mark on the rear driver’s side window seal where someone tried to break into my car (Noted with a yellow arrow marker in picture) but isn’t that noticeable from afar. **The failed emission report on the Carfax was due to the window tint being to dark. I worked at Carmax when I bought this car and then my service guys passed it doing me a favor. When I went to get the state inspection the following year the guys at the Firestone failed it. So at that point, I took off the window tint and had it redone to Texas DOT standards. (The rear two tires have brand new tires and the front 2 tires are still legal, but will need to be replaced in the near future. Some of the rims have scratches on them and they are noted in the picture with a yellow arrow. But for the most part they look pretty good. They also have a security lock nuts; one per rim that I purchased from the BMW dealership) -The winning bidder will also receive 4 additional rims & tires that can be used in winter time, 3 of tires are brand new; accept for 1 and these are 16" rims...the ones that came with the car when I bought them (Please note that the rims do have dings and scratches on them.
