Approximately 25% ( 500) were believed to have been built with an electric sunroof and this is one. Three owner California car. Original Owners manual, rebuilt matching numbers engine. Believed to be original paint!( please read below) recent Michelin tires and a new clutch. Detailed service history. Fully operational electric sunroof. This car was purchased new on July 28, 1976 at California Porsche Audi in San Francisco. It still retains its original engine - ( 4061855) and original Blaupunkt radio (BP4890V7918946) as indicated in the original owners manual. It was then serviced at same dealership until 1981 and 50k miles. From 1981 we have every receipt through all three owners indicating everything thats ever been done to the car. In addition the car comes with its original spare, jack and tools. Engine was rebuilt at 140k miles at a cost of over $4k. Recent owner in last few years has put new Michelin tires, rebuilt throttle body, new shocks, clutch and more. The bonnett was resprayed due to fading but the rest of the car is believed to be the original paint. There is no evidence of a respray nor any documentation in the paperwork. Body panel fit is factory quality. NO RUST or rust issues. Glass is excellent! All gauges and electric fully functional. Interior is excellent and shows only minor patina. .Dash is excellent. 1976 Porsche 912E - One of 2099 built. Approximately 25% ( 500) were believed to have been built with an electric sunroof and this is one.

Three owner California car. Original Owners manual, rebuilt matching numbers engine. Believed to be original paint!( please read below) recent Michelin tires and a new clutch. Detailed service history. Fully operational electric sunroof.

This car was purchased new on July 28, 1976 at California Porsche Audi in San Francisco. It still retains its original engine - ( 4061855) and original Blaupunkt radio (BP4890V7918946) as indicated in the original owners manual.

It was then serviced at same dealership until 1981 and 50k miles. From 1981 we have every receipt through all three owners indicating everything thats ever been done to the car. In addition the car comes with its original spare, jack and tools.

Engine was rebuilt at 140k miles at a cost of over $4k. Recent owner in last few years has put new Michelin tires, rebuilt throttle body, new shocks, clutch and more.

The bonnett was resprayed due to fading but the rest of the car is believed to be the original paint. There is no evidence of a respray nor any documentation in the paperwork.

Body panel fit is factory quality. NO RUST or rust issues. Glass is excellent! All gauges and electric fully functional.

Interior is excellent and shows only minor patina. .Dash is excellent. NO cracks. Please see the pics they tell the story of this car. This is one of the best driving Porsches I have ever owned.
