Thanks for looking! You are looking at a 1963 Falcon with a 3 speed manual COLUMN shift, and a 6 cyl engine. The engine installed in the car is from a 70's model Ford Fairmont and displaces 200 cu.i. The engine was rebuilt a few years back and runs like a top. It has also been converted over to a Fard Duraspark electronic ignition, and the charging system upgraded also. This unit has 4 wheel drum brakes and are manual, and has the orinal wheels and axles. The interior floor was rusted and was repaired and sealed. The original bench seat is missing, and a set of modern reclining seats are in the vehicle. The dash bezel has been disassembled and the parts reserved and included. Door panels and other assorted parts are also with the vehicle and are in the trunk. This car was recently purchased by me with the intent of restoring, but a recent injury prevents me from completeing the car. There is some rust damage to the body on both sides of the vehicle, look at pictures to see extent. I have also included a picture of the door tag, as I know some of you may want a little more info on the car. This vehicle was owned by some sort of government agency at some point as the unit number is still painted on the trunk lid...US-40007 Arrangements for transportation of the car should be made as soon as possible, but I will allow the vehicle to remain in it's current home for a total of 30 days without incurring any storage fees. If longer than this is needed arrangements MUST be made before the 30 days have expired. Vehicle has been inspected by an ASE certified Master mechanic, as well as a Virginia State inspector.Though the vehicle is mechanically sound, it is NOT ready to be driven home by any means and will need to be transported to it's new home with you. I do NOT require a down payment for the final purchase price, but do expect FULL payment of the final bid price to be made within 10 days of auction closing by the following means; Money Order, or cashier's check If you intend to pay by personal check (Title and car will be held until funds clear the bank, and NO if you live in ANOTHER COUNTRY I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR CHECK. Also if you hold a government office and can NOT prove that you are a US citizen and lawfully entitled to hold said government office MOVE ALONG AND DO NOT BID!!!! YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
