Vehicle Detail
First off this is a project car and cannot be driven. It will have to be trailered or flat-bedded from here. Here we have a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 S-code with factory AC. It currently has a 428CJ from what I was told from the guy I purchased the car from. It has toploader 4-speed transmission. The car has a 9 in Ford rear. It does also have the "N" stamped for nodular 9" carrier/case. It currently is red/black. According to the Marti report this is a very rare Raven Black with White Interior. The car is extremely solid. All of the frame rails and floors are original and are in excellent condition with no rot. There are a few small pin holes on the passenger floor pan (very easy to fix). Up along the back window on the driver's side there is small area of rust which is also easily repairable. Driver's side lower rear quarter panel had a piece put in sometime during its life (work was done very well). Passenger side quarter panel is all factory original. Bottom of both doors have some bubbling. The front fenders appear to be good. The rest of the car panel-wise and roof appear to be straight. As far as the hood it will need some work. I do have the original rear louvers, rear wing, seat belts, and front bumper. I also have the AC compressor and power steering pump. The front suspension has new control arms, ball joints, bushings, etc. The car will need brake lines but it will however be able to be driven onto a trailer and stop on its own. As far as the interior: both front and rear seats are in very good condition along with the headliner and panels. The door panels are in fair condition and it will need new carpets. There are no rear shocks in the car so it will need those but it has new front shocks. As far as the engine it does possess the 428CJ crankshaft along with the correct exhaust manifolds. The car also has the 428 Cobra Jet valve covers. Engine seems to run fair but could definately use a good tune up. The engine does have a brand new H-pipe on the exhust with no other components. It will also need new u-joints. I purchased this car because I had plans on doing a full-rotisserie restoration. This is a very rare car and this is 1 of the factory big-block cars with AC. The reason why I am selling it is because I have 3 other project cars in front of it and I just don't have the time to do this the way it should be done. Please email me with any questions you may have and I'll answer them to the best of my ability. This car is sold as is no warranties expressed nor implied. Once you buy it its yours we don't do buyers remorse here. Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick up and/or shipping. Good luck bidding. God Bless!
