Hi! Thanks for your interest! This car needs some repairs. The check engine light is on, service light is on, and air bag light is on. The check engine light is on because of an oxygen sensor failure, but it isn't the sensor. I have had this problem with the car for the past 5 years, but no mechanic, Volvo dealer or otherwise, has been able to fix it. The car does "sputter" when accelerating quickly or in idle. But again, it has been doing that for 5 years. Some other issues: The antenna is broken off, the interior needs a good cleaning, and the paint on the trunk is faded and chipped. So the good news is, this is a sharp car, it gets great gas mileage (32 on the highway), and it is reliable. Despite the problems I mentioned, it has been one of the most reliable cars I have owned. I would drive it across country tomorrow, without hesitation! Other than the faded and chipped trunk, the exterior looks good, in normal condition for a 9 year old car. Also, if you had the interior detailed, it would look like new. But as I mentioned above, the interior needs a good cleaning!! This would be a great second car, a car for a new driver, or your primary car if you not looking to spend a lot of money. Thanks for looking. Let me know if you have any questions.
