A licensed mechanic may inspect a vehicle on-site free of charge but, a non-refundable liability deposit of $1000 is required for any off-site inspections. The bidder is responsible for all arangements and costs associated with an off-site inspection. Off-site inspections may not take place outside of a 10 mile radius from our facilities. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state and county taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. In state buyers will be charged taxes per the county you reside. It state buyers must also have their tag and title work done by us. Title Information: All out of state titles will me mailed to you within 30 days. In state buyers will recieve their tiltes in the mail in 4-6 weeks from the Florida Tag Office. Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. We will aid with shipping arrangements but, will not be responsible, in any way, for claims arising from shipping damage! Any claims, corrospondence or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with us. Licensed carriers are generally insured to $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our facilities. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent upon the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up until it is delivered to you. Finalizing your Purchase: High bidder must contact us by e-mail or phone after the auction closes. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required within twenty four (24) hours of auction close and will be applied to the vehicle cost.
