EXTRA CLEAN 1989 Lincoln Town Car Sedan I am listing this extra clear car for a NON- SMOKING friend who has recently lost his spouse. Seldom does one see a car of this age so well preserved and maintained. I shall do my best to describe the condition of this car. This Lincoln Town Car has only 83,592 original miles. It has never been in a collision or repainted. It has been kept under-roof and has been covered with a car cover. The owner is a 30 year employee of FORD and has been retired for a few years. The oil, transmission fluid and power steering fluid have been changed regularly since new. Even the rear end lubricant has been changed. The owner has been very attentive to proper maintenance for this car. This Lincoln was his wife's car and she has recently passed away due to a long illness. I shall now list the power equipment on this Lincoln. 5.0 Liter V8 engine: strong and quiet running Very Clean under the hood & does not leak fluids Automatic Transmission: excellent Power Steering: quiet and smooth Air Conditioned: very cold Cruise Control: excellent condition Power Seats: excellent condition Power Mirrors: excellent condition Automatic Door Locks: excellent condition Power Windows: excellent condition Power Trunk Lid: excellent, very clean inside the trunk Power Radio Antenna: excellent Automatic Headlight Dimmer: excellent condition Outside Thermometer: excellent Dual Seats Front: excellent Carpet: excellent Custom Made Fender Skirts w/stainless steel bolts Stainless Steel Headlight trim and window trim Original Cream Color Paint: Excellent gloss and condition but has two pea sized chips on passenger side door. Owner says the car gets 20 miles per gallon city and 26-27 miles per gallon Hwy. Vinyl Top: excellent except for two slight discolorations at base on each side. hardly noticeable. This car has no rust nor has ever had rust. It is a rust free southern car. Upholstery Excellent: except for a crack in the vinyl on the driver door, pictured, and a crack in the vinyl on the front passenger door, pictured. Has cloth interior seats and excellent headliner, pictured. Instruments all work in the speedometer cluster but the clock does not work. New Tires purchased 6,000 miles ago Owners manual and tire warranty and other papers are in the glove box. Complete New Exhaust system except for catylitic converters / technician said they did not need replacing. Spare Tire: excellent Owner said the original radio was stolen and has sense replaced it with a PIONEER AM & FM STEREO W/CASSETTE PLAYER: excellent Finally, the car handles smoothly and corners like new.
