This is the cleanest PD I could find about three years ago. I am 56 years old, and I bought it from its original owner who was a few years older than me. It was delivered from the dealer without the decal kit as requested by the original owner. It has Ohlins rear shock, calibrated for a 185lb rider. It has progressive fork springs, and a Corbin seat. The backrest was fabricated by Corbin as well. The original owner lived close to Corbin, so he drove the bike there to have them build the backrest, as Corbin did not have one available at the time. I bought the bike with 12,000 miles on it. I had all of the fluids changed, a tune up, and put in a new sealed battery. The tires are new as well (less than 1000 miles). I have the original owners manual, sales brochure, Ohlins manual, and maintenance records from new. It is as nice of an a original example as I think you could find. There is no evidence of this bike having had a cir-clip installed in the tranny. I also have not researched the VIN to see if it had one from factory or not. My mechanic told me to get over it. If you are concerned, the VIN is listed. This is a no reserve auction. I bought this bike with every intention of farkeling it up, and driving it to my house in Costa Rica. Unfortunately, that trip has been canceled. I live 10 minutes from the MPLS airport. I would imagine if you like this kind of bike, you would want to ride it home. Good luck.
