Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is a 1993 Mazda 626 es project car. This is a four door sedan with a v6 and a 5 speed manual transmission. It has no rust. All dings, dents, etc. have been properly and profesionally fixed; the car does need a new paint job. I have an AIT Racing four piece body kit for the vehicle that has only been test fitted which also needs to be permanently installed. This car was going to be a pretty cool project, but since I have joined the service, I simply do not have time for it anymore, and I need the garage space for my other cars and toys. The Bad: The car needs to either have a new engine installed, or it needs to have the one in it rebuilt. It had a blown head gasket, and I took it all down to fix the problem - then just ran out of time, and now she sits in storage dismantled. I have all the parts, minus the gaskets, everything is labeledand in good shape, just needs to be assembled. The car as stated before needs paint and the body kit installed. The front brakes need to be bled, it needs a radio, speakers, and a hood. The Good: I have spent a lot of money and time on this vehicle when I had time for it. Both cv shafts were replaced. all four rotors were replaced with drilled/slotted rotors, ceramic pads, and two rear new calipers. Both tension idlers and brackets were replaced, all new wheel bearings, new exhaust was installed, minus a chrome tip, with a new stainless header and down pipe, to include the high flow cat, al new o2 sensors, complete suspension/steering for front end, and rear end rebuild was performed. brand new 17x7 motegi dp12 rims with 215/40r17 xl nokian tires. Brand new adjustable racing coil over suspension installed front and rear. Throttle body coolant bypass kit installed, racing chip modification done, 2 new front headlight assemblies. all neccesary body work done (when I got the car it looked as if the sides had suffered from a hail storm or something.. ) new windshield, strut tower brace bar, new 10 mm high performance plug wires, new ngk plugs, new distributor, heavy gauge grounding wire kit, and as everyone on here says, i am sure there are many small things I am missing... Seriously though, I have a lot of reciepts, and I know I am missing some, but honestly I have put almost 6,000 in this vehicle in performance parts and mods, not including labor, and these parts are not all worn out of course because none of them have seen the road yet. This vehicle is the same as a ford probe gt, so even as a donor car for a probe project you could get a lot of parts for cheap. I would really like it to go to someone who is willing to finish the paint and engine work so it can get some road time. It is a very solid car and has had a lot of honest professional hard work go into it. If there are any questions feel free to ask! And thanks again for looking over the auction. BTW this is a no reserve auction.. Whatever price it goes for is fine, it just has to go, I need my garage for parking now and cannot afford the room any longer. The buyer is responsible for pickup, however, if shipping needs to be arranged, I have a wrecker, and will gladly ship this item anywhere in the continental united states for a reasonable fee that will include my fuel costs and lodging. On Aug-27-10 at 20:48:19 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention before that alternator is also new, and battery has been relocated to the trunk. there really is nothing wrong with this car except that it needs paint and the top of the engine assembled. Hell, for 750.00 you could buy a new engine and just drop it in. I added up all of the costs I have incurred with this project. The total comes to 6800.00 Obviously i dont expect to get this amount back of of this car without it being finished, but there is literally nothing on this car that isnt new. also, tie rods, ball joints, all bushings, strut bearings, everything on this vehicle was replaced with quality performance parts; so as they say, my loss, your gain. i hate to see it go, but I do not have time or room. if this vehicle goes over three thousand i will deliver anywhere in the 48 states for free. anything less than that and I will be glad to ship it for the cost of fuel. Thanks again for looking, and any questions, feel free to ask.
