After turning the engine off and on, the lights disappear and the car drives fine, but sometimes the lights remain on, and the car jerks at and will not exceed 2500 rpm. After turning the car off, on the car drives fine again. There is some cosmetic blemishes on the bumper, and the hood needs to be open manually.
