This is a VERY SOLID CALIFORNIA 914 which I have owned for 3 years. I could not find any rust. Even removing the outer rocker panels - NO RUST (see photo). Floors are Solid. Inner Rockers are Solid. Hell Hole is Solid. Both Trunks are Solid. And it is a Very Strong Running everyday car. It is Not a Show Car. Couple of cracks and worn spots in the paint (see photos). Repainted a dark green metallic about 10 years ago. Original color was a brighter green (see floor photos). Paint is very good and shines up nicely. Bumper rubbers are not quite smooth. A little sun discoloration on top of the driver's door panel which is partially attached with rosettes and screws (see photo). Although it wouldn't take much to make it a Show Car! Very Straight - No Dents or Dimples. Interior has no rips or tears. Wooden Steering Wheel w/ no horn button. And it Runs GREAT!!! 1.7 engine with dual Webers idles at 850rpms. VERY STRONG ACCELERATION!!! Smooth shifting Side-Shifter Transaxle. Monza style Dual Exhaust. Tiny oil leak. Odometer stopped at 92,000. Speedometer and rest of gauges work fine. Excellent 195/60x15 Pontenza tires on Riviera Mags. Orange KONI shocks. Front thru-the-body & Rear Sway Bars. Overall - a GREAT Sports Car you can use everyday!
