I bought this truck from the original owner. It must have been his baby because it is a VERY NICE truck. The paint is amazing on this vehicle. You can see a few spots along the truck where it had a ding before the new paint job but nothing major. When I bought from him he said that the engine was new and had 20,000 miles on it. I haven't even put 1000 miles on it since I had it, so I'm saying it has 21K miles on it. I just was going to put it up and save it. The reason I bought it is because my first truck was a 79 F150 and I wanted to get my son a 79 F150 for his first truck. THIS TRUCK IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND IN SUCH GOOD CONDITION that I bought it for him. I hadn't drove it, only saw pictures of it. Once the truck came in and I drove it, I knew that it was WAY TOO MUCH POWER for my son. The old guy I bought it from told me he put a COBRA ENGINE (6.6L 400) in it but I never thought it would be as powerful as it is. As you can see in the pics it has some mud tires on it and when I take her out on a drive if I'm not careful she will spin those mud tires just taking off from a red light. I have used the 4 Wheel drive 2 times just to lock it in and use it but I didn't raw hide it...just drove it around to cycle the gears and stuff. The seat inside the truck is new and very nice as well. The dash cover/pad does have a crack in it (that you can't see in the pic) but it will need replacing...other than that, this truck is in great condition to be 31 YEARS OLD. I get compliments on it everytime I take it out. It has an old CB Radio in it. I turned it on a couple times and it worked, but I just noticed that it's not powering on so maybe it's a fuse or something. It has a soft tonneau cover that snaps over the back and looks great on there. I'm serious....this truck is so nice. I hate to get rid of it but have a new baby girl on the way and have to sell my toy. I'm not a very knowledgable person when it comes to all of this, but I will try to answer any questions you may have. I have only ran Super Unleaded through this engine. I can't say what the previous owner used. I CANNOT EXPRESS TO YOU HOW NICE THIS TRUCK IS! I'm sure there are alot of things that I'm not thinking to tell you about the truck so if you have questions please ask. Like I say, I don't know alot about these trucks. I just bought it for sentimental reasons and it was so nice. I will update this if I think of things that may need to be added.
