The Good: Five new tires, clutch, and battery. Interior is in excellent shape for a car of this age with minor wear on the red leather seats and only minimal cracking of the dash top pad. This car was sitting in storage for 8 years , and purchased 10 months ago. Over $1500.00 has been spent on this car in the last 10 months. Runs and drives, however it hasn't been tested on trips over 3 or 4 miles. The Bad: The radio and sunroof motor do not work, and the speedometer quit about a month ago. It has an Illinois assigned vin number tag in the door jamb, but the title does not show any type of salvage, flood, or theft marking. It needs some further tune up work, as it does not hold a steady idle speed. It could use some exhaust work, but it isn't loud enough to get you arrested yet. The car has been repainted at some time & the top surfaces are fading and the paint is peeling around the windows and trim. The rear wheel arches are rusty and the body line on the left quarter panel has some moderate rust. With a run through a body shop and a little mechanical work, this would make a pretty nice driver. $400.00 deposit through paypal due within 24 hours of the end of auction & the balance due in cash upon pickup.
