1984 Honda Shadow

This bike is awesome. No reserve and bidding starts at $0.99! I am selling it because I just bought the 1100cc touring version of the shadow and I can't afford to park both bikes in my building's garage. I have been getting 50+ mpg easy with this ride. Great commuter bike. Great beginner bike. It is in great shape. Motor runs like new. Good tires. Just came back from trip to the shore. Handles its own just fine even on the turnpike. I had the crew at Reading Cycles hand build a custom luggage rack you can see in the pictures that is rock solid and looks great. They even lowered the rear turn signals so you can really pile it on without stressing those finicky rubber signal mounts. Comes with SlipStreamer S-03 windshield that you can take on & off in about 2 minutes. It works great to keep wind off your body & hands to extend your riding season and make the ride more comfortable if you have a passenger. Comes with River Road saddlebags. They have a modern plastic side release buckle hidden behind the straps. The metal buckles on the front are just for show. Some rust around the exhaust especially closer to engine where it's not as noticeable. Small tear on seat (see photo). I have had the seat lowered a few inches as these older bikes have a higher frame. Comes with Clymer full size service manual (which I never had to use but liked having) and original Honda owners manual.
