I bought this bike for my girlfriend but now she wants a cruiser. It is a BMW 650CS that looks and runs like new although it previously had a salvage title. I have a motorcycle shop and when this bike came in it had practically no damage. The paint was almost perfect and there was no sign that the bike was damaged in any significant way. Parts used for replacement were BMW original equipment. The damage was as follows: The brake pedal and right foot peg were damaged, the right handlebar end was scuffed, the front rim was dented, and two turn signals were damaged. The seat was also missing. As you can see in the pictures, all these things have been repaired or replaced. The bike has been expertly gone through at my shop, road tested, has a new battery and fresh fluids, has passed a rigid state inspection, and is ready to go with a clear title. It can be licensed anywhere in the USA. This bike has both ABS and heated grips. For those of you not familiar with thie F Series model BMW, it is a very light weight super reliable bike that you sit up straight on and in a comfortable position. It is good for beginners as well as experienced riders not looking for a “scooter” ride or a bent over crotch rocket stance. It is engineered as one of the few motorcycles built that beginners don't have to trade in when out of the beginner stage and want to ride with the big dogs. It is a “go anywhere and do anything” motorcycle that is fun to ride and has the power to travel safely with any bike on the road. It gets well over 50 miles a gallon on a bad day and is a wonderful commuter bike as well.
