Where many custom trucks will have a small handful of upgrades - this one literally has them all. To see this one-of-a-kind bad ass rolling up the boulevard on a warm summer evening, it’s like nothing else you will ever see. This is the type of vehicle EVERYONE stares at. Where other custom vehicles garner attention from specific types of people - THIS truck is sure to twist heads from every direction. That’s right, strip away all the custom paint, the dually axles & rims, and raise it back up to it’s original height and you will find a 1996 GMC Suburban hidden beneath. The beauty of this particular vehicle…….. It seats 8 (Eight) passengers in normal fashion. That’s right - when was the last time you were able to load the entire family, AND the neighbors into your slammed dually or lowered show truck? Probably never. That is................ The motor, transmission, rear end, and Entire drive train, all 100% factory original (w/ exception of above mentioned) bolt on items. This truck has never had a single mechanical issue to speak of. Look around at other mid 90’s Chevy/GMC trucks & SUV’s and you will find most have well in excess of 150,000 miles. So - to say they are built tough and reliable is an understatement. With only 63k ORIGINAL miles on the odometer, this is sure to be one of the LOWEST mileage Custom show trucks you will ever find. So - not only is this truck ready to hit the show circuit this very moment, it’s also suited to hit the interstate as well. If I had a reason to do so, I wouldn’t think twice about driving this bad boy clear across the country today, right now, at the drop of a hat. Just stop at the closest gas station, fill the tank to the brim, set the cruise control and let the miles roll by. Looking at the truck from outside, it’s obviously low to the ground - so it looks incredible. But don’t be deceived by how it rides. The drop kit and suspension system on this rig is first rate TOP-of-the-Line. With the adjustable rear air bags, you can firm or soften the ride at the touch of a button. Cruising along the interstate at 75mph this thing cruises as smooth as glass. It rides SO well you will scratch your head in amazement. And the power…………. You would have to drive it for yourself to understand. Under normal driving conditions, it has plenty of power and torque to easily maneuver throughout any road or traffic conditions. Stomp it the floor on that rare occasion however and you better hope all your passengers are paying attention. This thing flat out hauls ASS!!! I would be willing to bet money, this sub would eat ANY other (normally aspirated) big block slammed dually in the country today. That’s right, if you think I’m kidding, let’s set the time and date and I will see you there, title in hand. And for those of you who like your music…… You will absolutely FALL IN LOVE with this bad boy. In previous form, this truck had a $30,000 show winning system with over 10,000 watts of power and EIGHT 12” sub’s. The ENTIRE rear portion of the truck was one enormous fiberglass speaker and amp enclosure, hand molded fiberglass & painted fly yellow to match. In total, there was over $1,000 in wiring and terminals alone!!! 4 individual optima yellow top batteries mounted in custom glass enclosures in the front portion of the enclosure - it was one of the most incredible systems in existence with award winning sound pressure levels. When I took the vehicle in, the previous owner kept the amps and subs to use on another project. However, he did leave the $3,500 custom molded & painted fiberglass speaker box so I will offer this to the new owner if so desired. Over the past few months, I have slowly gone through just about every square inch of this truck - almost as a hobby in my spare time. For those of you familiar with my company (INNOVATION MOTORSPORTS), you will know we specialize in custom golf carts & NEV’s of all kinds. Although the vast majority of my time is spent running my company, I do still have a passion for custom show vehicles & exotics. Exterior: As you can tell from the photo’s, this show truck incorporates 3 completely separate vehicles, all into one incredible Show Truck. GMC Suburban, Slammed Dually & Cadillac Escalade. And - it’s done RIGHT. All of the body pieces line up as they should and the trim & paint is truly in a class of it’s own. On the outer lower portion of both driver & passenger doors are custom lettering in black which says (1500 Pacific Dually Suburban). I can’t tell you how many people have stopped me to ask what this truck is, strictly based off this lettering alone. As mentioned above, this ENTIRE vehicle was stripped to the frame just prior to paint & body work. Because of this, the paint job took an entire week of straight work. First the entire cab was fully prepped & painted. Then all doors (inside & out) - all jambs & hinges. Next, each fender (inside & out), hood, grille, front & rear bumpers - all prepped & painted on both sides. So when you open the doors or the hood or rear gate, you don’t see the original (previous color) peeking from inside the hinges & frames. EVERYTHING is painted Fly Yellow in true show car fashion. After the entire truck was painted, then came all of the door handles & handle frames etc. Each one prepped, primed & painted inside & out for a Perfect match. Then for the ultimate custom appearance, look closely and you will notice the B, C & D Pillars are painted jet black. This gives the illusion of one huge, solid black side window throughout the entire length of the truck. For those who know custom lowered style show trucks, this particular feature really throws people as most people have never seen this done before. I can’t tell you how many compliments I have had on this idea alone. Once everything was painted and complete, the entire rig was RE-assembled to the highest of standards. Up front, you will notice the custom Escalade front end, complete with custom smoothie front bumper. The custom Escalade fiberglass scooped racing hood alone was $2,500 and Y E S it looks absolutely bad ass. There’s a custom billet grill of course with custom billet JL audio etched emblem. Look very closely and you will notice - every single light bulb on the truck is custom. The front headlights are Super White technology bulbs so the truck looks like a BMW coming towards you in the dead of night. The front running lights are smoke tinted w/ light orange euro bulbs, while the outer side markers are white w/ smoke tinted lenses. The rears are custom clear glass w/ smoke surrounds & red bulb shields. There (was) a blue neon light tucked up inside the front hood scoop, but I removed it as it was just a little too bright (for my taste). All windows are blacked out (Limo Tinted) and there’s even a $2,500 tinted (sliding & tilting) glass moon roof overhead too. The moon roof is wired to shut automatically once the key is removed from the ignition. There’s also a full pager alarm system w/ remote start. Last but not least - who can help but notice those beautiful wheels & tires. That’s right, probably the only Dually in existence w/ actual 19” wheels. Most Dually rims come in 19.5” or the larger 22.5” Alcoa style. Those look great on regular Dually’s. However - with it’s 5” front - 7” rear drop, the previous owner had (APP wheels) make individual one piece forged Billet wheels (BY HAND) to specifically fit THIS TRUCK. The rear wheels have a massive 12” (1 foot deep) inverted lip, while the fronts are almost flush. Even the lug nuts are custom 2” long bullet spikes and MAN do they look awesome when the truck is rolling past you. The tires are Goodyear Eagle RS-A in 225-45-19 with tons of tread remaining. Although I’m not sure of the specific millimeters of tread depth remaining, I can say you WON’T be needing tires for a very long time. For those of you with trailers, boats, campers or other toys - this truck still has the original Factory heavy duty Class 3 tow package installed. Simply slide in your receiver hitch w/ ball and you’re ready to haul. Surely I am probably leaving a number of things out on the exterior so if you have any specific questions, just ask and I will try my best to answer any questions you may have. Powertrain: Now comes the fun part. If you like power, you are going to LOVE this truck. Because this truck was originally a 1996 GMC 2WD half ton Suburban, it has the original 5.7 liter 350 VORTEC V8. From the factory this motor made about 265HP in stock form. Well as you may have guessed, the power train in this truck has been upgraded too. It has the power chip, a full custom Air Raid intake w/ K&N performance filter, complete Gibson 3” cat back performance exhaust w/ chrome side exit tip, and upgraded DUAL Optima Yellow Top high performance batteries. I am telling you - this thing absolutely flies, especially for it’s size and stature. It’s a blast to have some weenie in a tricked out Honda Civic pull up on your rear bumper as you’re entering as freeway onramp, then you just lay into the pedal and watch the guy struggle to keep up. This truck pulls from 30mph to 80mph like a freight train. Every person I have ever given a ride to can’t believe the power. Don’t get me wrong - I drive this truck like a little old lady. I cruise it everywhere I go as it’s more fun to watch people drop their jaws in amazement rather than hot riding around town. Plus, I like to treat my things with respect so, this truck has NOT been raced around or beat on in ANY way shape or form. Only cruised around town, simply to show off. However - for that rare occasion when you absolutely MUST stomp the pedal to the floor, all I’m saying is - this truck has more than enough power to please!!!! Interior: For the interior, everything is standard GMC factory SLT light gray leather inside. This truck has the removable 3rd row for seating too, so you can easily haul 8 people to your favorite event in style. Because this truck Used to be a full competition sound system vehicle, there is a $3,500 custom fiberglass hand molded speaker box which is designed to fit the entire rear portion of the truck. It’s the full width of the truck and goes from the rear tail gate all the way to the back of the middle row seat. It’s designed to hold six huge 12” JL audio woofers and is painted fly yellow to match the exterior of the truck. I was going to sell the box separately but figured I would hold onto it until the new owner decides if they want it or not. If so I will throw it in with the truck. If not, that’s fine too. Overhead, there is a sliding glass moon roof as mentioned above. Behind the moon roof is a custom overhead entertainment system w/ fold down TV & DVD player. I have never even tried to work the TV so I’m not sure if it even works. However - it is all there. Also, there is a custom front in dash stereo surround which is painted yellow to match. The stereo is a top of the line CD player and there’s a mono amp under the rear seat which powers one single 12” JL 2 woofer in a box mounted in the rear of the truck. The box was built professionally to the exact dimensions needed for cubic foot air space & it’s ported too. So at half volume, the fillings in your teeth will just about rattle loose. The truck absolutely SLAMS!!!!!!! Also, there are custom (mid & high) molded enclosures for the front speakers so those are mounted on the front corners of the floor board. Overall, the sound system is just awesome. As for the rear portion of this truck - thankfully this one has the rear tail gate option with split gate rear window. So you can raise the window and drive around town with the upper hatch open while the gate stays shut. If you have any specific questions on the interior, just let me know. Flaws: Throughout the entire truck you will find only NOMINAL imperfections at best. This truck is in outstanding condition both inside & out. I have tried to include as many close up photo’s as possible below to show every aspect of the truck in detail. Rest assured, I DO NOT use (Photo Shop) or other photo editing software. What you see in the photo’s below is exactly what the truck is. Since these photo’s were taken, I drove the truck straight to my second home in north Tucson and backed it into the garage. It has not be driven or touched in any way so the truck is in the exact condition as shown in the photo’s below. Overall there may be a few tiny nicks or chips in the paint (somewhere) - or some normal wear on the interior, however - minimal at best. I would say it’s surely the CLEANEST, Lowest mileage 1996 Suburban on the market today for absolute certain. Overall: In summary you are looking at one of the most unbelievable fully custom show trucks on the market today. Where many custom trucks will have one or two custom upgrades, this truck literally has them ALL. Incredible paint, incredible body work, TOP OF THE LINE wheels & tires, a killer sound system and neck snapping power. And to top it all off, it has a look and feel like NO OTHER vehicle on the road. If you are someone who takes offense to people staring your way or pointing your direction, don’t even THINK of bidding on this truck. You can’t drive this truck a single mile without someone hanging out the window with a cell phone camera or throwing a thumbs up or shouting (Nice Ride)!!!! People just love it. There is no other custom lowered truck like it so if you want something unique, you will have a difficult time topping this vehicle, especially for the money. Since the day this truck was sold new off the showroom floor up to this very moment, there have been over $70,000 invested into this rig. I went over everything with the previous owner in great detail so I can attest to the amount spent on each aspect of the truck. It WASN’T cheap.
