This rare 72T coupe is the only year for the external oil filler cap. This is the solid, strong coupe sporting the essential flowing 911 lines, unlike the targa. The strong engine is from a 1980’s 3.0sc which has CIS fuel injection. This helps makes the car an excellent driver, adding plenty of power and reliability. This beautiful early 911 gathers compliments everywhere it is driven. Overall, the car is in good condition, but not a show car, although I might show it off. There is minimal rust and solid floor, as it is a Texas car. There are new floor mats, new Bridgestone Potenzas on very nice Fuchs and a new Prototipo steering wheel with original included. The 915 standard shifting 5 speed has a good clutch and the brakes are good. This car is a pleasure to drive and see, and I would take it anywhere. I am ill about selling my classic 911, as I thoroughly enjoy it. I spent years wanting and looking for it, but family needs must come first. There is a dent at the back that will be easy to fix properly, as the panel is removable. The engine lid could use a repaint as someone drilled and installed a 911sc emblem. This 911 was originally viper green with factory air conditioning which was modified with sc components. The radio does not work and the a/c worked recently but does not blow cold. There is absolutely no evidence of accident and the gaps between panels are tight.
