You are bidding on a 2002 VW Jetta GLS 1.8 Turbo wagon. This car does not run. It is for parts or for an engine rebuild effort. I purchased this car used in 02/2006 with 67891 miles from a Honda dealer in Atlanta. I drove it until the timing belt broke at 147003 miles. The car is in good cosmetic condition with the exceptions noted below. All 4 tires are 4 months old in very good condition. I have the title in hand. Sunroof/moon roof 6 CD changer Please email me with any questions.Here are the known problems:Timing Belt: The belt broke while is was going 50mph. I was told there will be extensive damage due to bent and or broken valves.The sunroof drain leaks water into the passenger floor board. I think there is a recall on this.Long scratch on the driver side back and front door. (See photo for detail.)The passenger side, front grill is missing. (See photo for detail.)No front floor mats. The interior center console compartment top/latch is broken.Front, right wheel is missing the VW emblem (See photo for detail.)The battery is dead...or very close to it.
