1948 International Harvester KB-2 Delivery Panel Truck I acquired this truck about 6 months ago. I was told that it ran a couple years ago but only driven around the guys property. The last registration sticker on it is from 1992, however it is in CA DMV's records under non-op, being sold w/Bill of Sale only. The engine is a straight 6cyl diamond Flathead that turns freely by hand and manual transmission. I never tried to get it running because I had planned to put a small block ford and automatic C4 in it. I own a classic car restoration business and wanted to put my logo on the side and take it to swap meets etc. But I'm lacking time & money these days so rather it sit any longer here it is. I purchased it because it is a a solid builder, no body panels need to be changed, just some minor repairs from dents and some rust - see pictures. Still has black & yellow commercial license plates. Seems to be in fairly original shape other than being painted green, looks like it was originally red. There are also some small holes in the roof from a roof rack, but no dents where the holes are, roof is straight. Doors open and close solid, and comes with some extra parts, such as the missing trim on the front nose. If there are any particular pictures of it you'd like email me or call me with questions.
