BEAUTIFUL 1965 FORD FALCON Very sharp 65 Ford Falcon that has been well maintained, adult owned, and garage kept. Car is in very nice condition and runs and drives excellent. Drive Coast to Coast. The 302, 4bbl, dual exhaust, engine starts right up without smoke or noises and settles into a smooth idle with an aggressive exhaust note. Car has instant acceleration and brakes straight. The professionally rebuilt 302 (has about 11000 miles put on since rebuild) has electronic ignition, chrome valve covers, and an Edelbrock Intake F4B and Edelbrock 1406 (600 CFM) 4BBL carburetor. The 3 speed C4 Automatic Transmission (installed at the same time engine was professionally rebuilt) shifts smooth and has a chrome B&M shifter (very nice). Rear end is quiet and goes down the road without noises. All work professionally done. Newer: radial tires, 15 inch Jegs Rims, Battery, Front Suspension, rear leaf springs, Dual exhaust, and newer Falcon emblems including gas cap, really set this car off. Thumbs up wherever you drive. Stunning Red Interior (Trim code 15) is as nice as pictures represent, and is in excellent condition. Newer JVC (KD-AR 390 ) stereo with CD, remote, detachable faceplate, along with owners manual and newer rear Jenson speakers. Stereo was put in professionally and looks excellent. “New In Box” Headliner does come with car. The existing headliner does have a repairable seam separation near the front. All glass is in excellent condition and all doors, trunk and hood shut like new. Solid frame and floors. Exterior is in very nice driver quality condition. Car is not a “perfect” Barrett Jackson candidate but is in very respectable condition. There are a few small chips in isolated places, some imperfection in the drivers rear quarter panel along the rear tire, ding on the top, and some places on the hood where the paint is not 100% perfect. Please see pictures for imperfections. Imperfections are not seen from about 20 feet and all are repairable if one desired to have a “show car”. To sum up the condition of the car, if you were to go to the store, you would park it away from any other cars to avoid any scratches or door dings happening. Please ask for additional pictures if so desired. This Falcon also comes with the owners manual, and rear “red” seat belts. This is a very nice and dependable, Ford Falcon that can be driven to your local car shows and cruises. One of the nicer Falcons you will find. For those interested: the numbers on the block by the starter are: D20E-6015-AB. This is the best I can make out of the numbers. If you need any other numbers please don’t hesitate to ask.
