All original, 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner. Found in storage in an attached garage on a farm, this car has been stored since 1981. Factory undercoated, oiled underneath and under the hood each year from 1970-1981. 383 4 BBL 335 HP Power Steering Power Brakes 727 A8 Transmission Factory Holley Carb Opt. 3.55 posi rear-end Opt. 11” brakes - all 4 wheels Magnum Wheels – Correct Chrysler Code All Numbers Matching, Build Sheet Still Under Driver’s Seat AM Radio Remote Mirror on Driver’s Side HD Radiator – Factory Opt. HD Heater – Factory Opt. B5 – Marina Blue Exterior Two-Tone Blue Interior Was purchased new, with factory options, from Raynor Chrysler in Westfield, NY Car was flat-bedded home and cleaned. Purchased new brake pedal pad, a new hood rubber bumper, and new trunk mat (herringbone pattern). Trunk has all jack pieces included with spare. Removed engine oil and transmission fluids, changed filters in both. New seal on back of transmission and pan gasket, new oil filter, replaced fluids. Removed fuel tank, cleaned up inside and it was spotless. Sending unit cleaned, new vent hoses and clamps, new feed line and clamps installed. I installed a new upper radiator hose, thermostat and gasket. Also installed: new plugs, points, condenser, rotor, cap, wires, plugs, valve seals, and valve cover gaskets. We removed the carburetor and rebuilt it, new gasket to manifold. We did a complete tune up and adjustments. Runs excellent, no smoke and engine was clean inside when seals were installed. The car stops, starts, moves good, power steering works well, and the battery charges. Heater and wipers work well, all lights except dash lights – note, needs light switch, all gauges work, fan works. Driver’s side front seat has small cracking in the vinyl. Breaks work good, lines are all good but I have not pulled the drums to look over. Body: solid all underneath and trunk. Look good at the pictures; remember it has undercoating and oil on everything. Rear quarters – some bubbling on the bottoms of rear quarters, doors and front fenders are good. Needs new trunk seal – works but needs replaced, windshield seal at bottom shows some staining. Seat on passenger side needs the little lever handle to tip back seat. All original clips, wires, brackets are there and in good shape.
