Up for auction is my 2010 Mercedes Benz E63 to assume my current lease. THIS IS NOT A STANDARD SALE!!!, this is a lease assumption of the current lease. What that means is that you will take over my lease contract. The lease is for 39 months with 12K mi/yr with a residual at the end of lease of $51,254.00 New Lessee must QUALIFY with Mercedes Benz Financial to take over lease of remaning 38 payments and averaging around 1018 miles per month. The lease was started with 185 miles on the contract and the vehicle currently has 480 miles. I am not driving it daily, but it may have a little more miles at the time of lease assumption. Also this is no ordinary lease, this is an EMPLOYEE like lease, as my payments are so low its almost like leasing a E350!!! My monthly payments are $822.90 + tax = $894.90 total with OC tax rate of 8.75%. It will depend on what city and state you live, will calculate your tax rate. I will start the bidding at $5000 down to take over my lease, plus the new lessee will have to pay a months rent in advance to Mercedes Benz and also the Lease transfer fee. The transfer fee will range from $595-695 depending where you live. The transfer fee and the rent payment in advance will be paid directly to Mercedes Benz Financial NOT me, the down payment monies will be paid directly to me. To start the lease transfer is very simple, I can forward your email address to Mercedes Benz Financial and they will email you a credit application. Once review and approved Mercedes will notify you and me that you are qualified or not, then we can proceed. Any out of state buyer will pay & coordinate shipping to their location.
