This MINI S is in excellent condition and the winning bidder will be covered by the 7-year, 70,000 mile extended warranty purchased from the MINI dealer when the car was new. I'm a mature (age 57) driver, no kids, and no one else has driven this car (wife can't drive a manual transmission). It's garage kept year-round and has never been raced, wrecked or ragged. Meticulously maintained, always kept very clean inside and out, always kept waxed and shiny (see photos). Seats and upholstery are perfect with no signs of wear (seats have always been covered). She's bone stock with no aftermarket performance upgrades, etc. Average fuel economy highway/city is 32.2 MPG. It runs perfectly and has never had any mechanical problems of any kind. All maintenance is up-to-date, performed by Crown MINI in Richmond. I change the oil & filter every 5K miles. I have all original sales documentation, owner's manuals and brochures, and both remote keys. She has new Bridgestone Potenza tires with about 5,000 miles on them (see tire photo). A correct MINI spare tire in good condition goes with the car (see in trunk/boot photo) that cost me about $200, no extra charge.
