1974 TR-6 Adult owned/driven, same owner since 1994, garage kept. The following work was performed by Ross' Restorations Inc within the last 8-9 years. Nitrided rocker shaft with Richard Good roller rockers and aluminum valve cover, Hi-torque starter. (2 years ago) Pertronix ignition and coil, distributor rebuilt , high performance wires.(2 years ago) Correct green hoses and clamps, new water pump, radiator and heater valve, Stainless steel fan shroud. (3 years ago) Stainless steel header and Stainless steel sport exhaust system (6 years ago) New brake hydraulics with slotted/drilled rotors and uprated pads, aluminum finned rear drums and uprated shoes, Stainless steel braided brake lines (3 years ago) SU HS6 carburetor conversion with K&N filters, aluminum fuel tank and new fuel pump installed (4 years ago) Quantium Mechanics rebuilt overdrive transmission, new mounts, Borg&Beck clutch, hardened clutch fork pin and new clutch hydraulics with stainless steel braided hose. New floorboards (undercoated), PVC trans tunnel and E-brake cables replaced at same time (8 years ago) Diff rebuilt,reinforced frame, installed new mounts, replaced all 6 U-joints, Richard Good camber adjuster upgrade, competition springs and Spax tube shock conversion (5 years ago) Complete rebuild of front suspension including competition springs and polyurethane bushings and Moss upgraded solid rack mount kit, heavy duty front and rear sway bar kits installed (6 years ago) New windshield, gaskets and painted frame, All new dashpads, wood dash restored and cleared with PPG DCU2002, all gauges restored, new window tracks and weather seals installed, complete Moss honey tan interior and carpets, top frame restored and Moss tan Stayfast cloth top and boot cover installed, replica Amco center console, comes with factory hardtop(never installed). ( 2 years ago) Front and rear bumpers had over riders removed, holes welded up and then re-chromed. (9 years ago) New splined hubs, two sets of "British Wire Wheel" Stainless steel spoke wheels (one set tubed and one set on car tubeless) with "redline tires ( one set has Vredestien tires) new knockoffs.( 3 (years ago) Ross' Restorations Inc. is helping the owner, as we have done all the work for the last 16 years of his ownership. This is a rust free/accident free car. The paint is very presentable but does show normal wear as it is at least 16 years old. this car does well at most British and local car shows. It handles like a slot car and is very quick. This TR-6 has NOT had a complete frame off restoration. The engine was rebuilt just prior to the current ownership and appears to have a mild performance cam. We know of no issues with the car.
